Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. 

Absolutely no information given to SEED Internet Solution via feedback form, mailing list, service or quote request will be given, sold or distributed to any outside organization. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by contacting SEED Internet Solutions. Children under the age of 14 should not submit contact forms or join our mailing lists without the consent of their parent or guardian.

Under no circumstances will SEED Internet Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the design services. To the extent that you supply SEED Internet Solutions with any design elements, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEED Internet Solutions from and against any claim, loss or damage, including its reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from the use of such design element. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEED Internet Solutions from and against any claim, loss or damage, including its reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from the content or intellectual property appearing in, on or through your website or linked websites.

Terms of Service

An estimate of the work to be done will be given to you based on your input via the on-line estimate form or formal meeting with you. I work on an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour and will cost out the entire site based on my experience and skills. If you choose the MA Webcenter solution for your website, you will have the opportunity to see a demonstration site in MAWebcenters with no obligation or fee to show some of the features you need. The Demo Site will be valid for 14 days; of course, you can take longer to decide, but you will not be able to view the site after 14 days.

In order to initiate production of a website in MAWebcenters, a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost is required which includes setting up the initial pages and to start the custom design to your specifications. Depending on your choice of hosting arrangement, a fee of $30.00 may be required to start the site, as well.

I keep timesheets of all work done on your site and charge you via invoice, typically at the beginning of each month (unless otherwise agreed to in writing), or immediately after the initial creation of your site, and monthly thereafter for any balances, maintenance, updates etc.

My payment terms are four weeks from receipt of my invoice.

Invoices are sent via email in .pdf format. If for some reason you wish me to send a hard copy via USMail, I will.

Initial consultation and demo site are free.

Unlike many firms which will overcharge you and then disappear, I do quality work, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and am looking to keep you as a client for many years to come.
